Farm and Agricultural Audits Through our approved agents the Halal Food Authority will provide you a complete audit and a unique service for food retailers and buyers of agricultural products:

1. The preparation and implementation of auditable schemes capable of meeting total traceability and complying with industry and legal requirements
2. To supply auditors to maintain food safety from farm through to the processor
3. The supply of recording systems to collate all necessary data from farm to the processor

The Halal Food Authority will liaise and co-ordinate to have your Halal British beef labelled for human consumption under the Beef Labelling Scheme, for required passport and traceability with relevant organisations.
